THE REFORM OF MCC

It has been said “The MCC is a Microcosm of Society” and this aphorism encapsulates as ever, the truth of things today. An overpowering unelected executive assuming unregulated powers over the “Ordinary Members MCC” whom de jure are the Club Owners and Freeholders, is neither democratic nor lawful. In terms of the Royal Charter this situation is “Repugnant” to any “natural person” living within the lawful confines of our British Constitution  www.britishconstitution.co.uk

The time has arrived at Lord’s for the restoration of the rights and privileges of MCC Members necessary to establish a goverance structure for the purposes for the preservation of Lord’s Cricket Ground and the MCC as the guardian of the heritage and best interests of our national game of Cricket protected by Royal Charter.
